Acceptance of Your Order
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Vampire Shop will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless Vampire Shop has notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in
How to Cancel an Order.
Delivery
All delivery charges are clearly stated before you confirm your order.
Most products are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an email confirming that your order is on it's way.
Returns Procedures & Refunds
The customer has the right to cancel within seven working days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.
If the goods have not been despatched we will refund your payment and cancel the despatch of your order. If the goods have been despatched we will request the return of the goods before a refund can be issued.
If you wish a refund, please send an email to bob@vampireshop.co.uk within 7 days of receipt,
stating your reasons. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
Full instructions for return will be provided upon receipt of email.
Postal charges back to us at are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent "Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery"
or by a trackable postal service (this ensures proof of receipt).
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order you have placed or to request a refund, please notify Bob immediately by email bob@vampireshop.co.uk, stating your Transaction Id, your Name and Delivery Address.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Goods
If any goods are found to be damaged in transit Vampire Shop must be notified within 3 working days of receipt of the goods by email bob@vampireshop.co.uk stating your Transaction ID, Name and Delivery Address.
We are happy to refund or exchange products if damaged or faulty.
The goods will be replaced or the customer will be refunded at the customer's discretion.
Privacy Policy
Vampire Shop does not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items.
